Order Processing
We need 1-2 business days to process your order before shipping without any delay. It will take about 10 days for the delivery. We do not accept responsibility for delay or lost in transits. We only post items to the addresses provided.



Tracking
After we ship the package, customer will receive an confirmation email with a tracking number.


Return Policy
In 14 days (from the day the package is signed for /received), if you request returning the purchased item, it can be returned and refunded under the following conditions. The products should be sent back in original packages. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed. And merchandise must have all tags, including any labels and hangtags, attached. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
When we receive the merchandise sent back intactly, we will deduct £20-40 shipping & Handing Cost for the time we sent it to you and then give you a refund.
Please be noted that after 14 days we may not issue a refund, but exchange may be acceptable. Please note that refund does not apply to the goods that have suffered physical damage caused by the Custom. If it is the case, exchange will be advisable.

Exchanges
In 14 days (from the day the merchandise is signed for /received), if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, they can be returned (please refer to the return policy above) or replaced under the following conditions:
Exchanges will be subject to price difference adjustment (if there is any).
Please be noted that if you want to replace the item after the guaranteed 14 days, you are suggested to contact us directly for further processing.

(Unconditional returns and exchanges products must assure that the goods are unworn, and won’t affect the secondary sales.)
